When I was first introduced to the idea behind the Quantum G test and the “World of Geniuses” project, I saw far more than just another test or educational product. I saw an opportunity—one that could become truly meaningful for our country and our nation.
Armenia is a country with a strong intellectual tradition and a deep respect for science, mathematics, engineering, and human talent. In our culture, education, intellectual strength, and the ability to think, create, and overcome limitations have always held special value. We are culturally prepared to view education as a strategic investment in the future of both the family and the nation.
Armenia and the Armenian people have always drawn their strength not from resources, but from their people—their knowledge, character, and determination to create and build. We are a small nation, yet a great one. History has proven time and again that the strength of a people is not defined by numbers or territory, but by the scale of the ideas they are capable of giving to the world.
And that is precisely why I am convinced that Armenia should be among the first countries where such a project is implemented on a full scale.
Quantum G is perhaps the first tool that looks beyond the surface and focuses on the foundation itself. It identifies the child's area of greatest potential and provides parents with clear guidance on how to structure their child's development so that this potential can be fully realized.
It is a tool that looks not at what a child already knows, but at who they can become.
And I was also particularly struck by the first practical results from families who have already begun developing their children in accordance with the identified zone of their maximum potential.
For me, this is fundamentally different from anything I have seen in the education market. That is why I have devoted all my efforts, and thanks also to the support of our friends from the Armenian diaspora, this has become possible. Today, I can proudly say: Armenian children are among the first in the world to gain access to an innovative development in the field of early identification of intellectual and creative potential.
For me, it was important that access to this testing would not become a privilege reserved only for a narrow group of families. That is why I was able to secure exceptional conditions for Armenia. I see this not as a privilege, but as a contribution to the intellectual future of our children and of Armenia as a whole.
I am confident that among Armenian children there are a great number of yet-unrevealed brilliant minds. Our task is not to miss them.

In many of humanity’s breakthroughs, Armenians have been among the first. From color television to MRI, from aviation to artificial intelligence—everywhere something new was born, an Armenian was among those at its origins. Few people in the world know that it was us who contributed to this. Even fewer understand the immense scientific potential hidden within our nation. I want to change this and ensure that the world finally sees our true scale and our real capabilities.
The Armenian people are one of the most ancient nations on Earth, with a history that stretches back into the depths of millennia. A people endowed with a profound creative gift. And today, we have received what we previously did not have: a tool capable of revealing this gift and guiding it toward its full realization.
I am doing everything within my power to ensure that Armenia regains its rightful place among the world’s greatest intellectual nations, and that the Armenian people reclaim their well-deserved greatness across millennia.
